Ben jij graag de verantwoordelijke op de bouwplaats en krijg je energie van het aansturen van teams en het begeleiden van technische projecten? Houd je overzicht, werk je graag praktisch samen met monteurs en onderaannemers en wil je zichtbaar resultaat leveren? Dan is dit een mooie volgende stap binnen de gevelbouw.

Voor een opdrachtgever binnen de geveltechniek zoeken wij een Site Manager die montagewerkzaamheden op locatie coördineert en zorgt dat projecten veilig, kwalitatief en volgens planning worden uitgevoerd. Klinkt dit als iets waar je energie van krijgt? Lees dan snel verder!

Wat ga je doen? Als Site Manager ben jij het aanspreekpunt op de bouwplaats. Je stuurt monteurs, voormannen en onderaannemers aan en bewaakt de voortgang van montageprojecten. Daarbij houd je continu oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid, planning en budget.

Je schakelt dagelijks met projectmanagement, aannemers, leveranciers en uitvoerende teams op locatie. De ene dag organiseer je de planning en materiaalstromen, de andere dag los je knelpunten op de bouwplaats op of stem je werkzaamheden af met de opdrachtgever.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- Aansturen van monteurs, voormannen en onderaannemers; - Bewaken van planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid op de bouwplaats; - Coördineren van materiaal- en materieelstromen; - Afstemmen van werkzaamheden met aannemers en leveranciers; - Signaleren van knelpunten en meer- of minderwerk; - Organiseren van werkoverleggen en toolbox meetings; - Verzorgen van bouwplaatsinspecties en opleverpunten.
