Ben jij een sterke people manager met een passie voor operations? Wil jij een sleutelrol spelen binnen een organisatie waar mobiliteit, dienstverlening en mensen centraal staan? Ben je een geboren leider die medewerkers weet te motiveren, processen optimaliseert en graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt? Dan is deze uitdaging als Site Manager precies wat je zoekt.

Als Site Manager ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werking van een operationele vestiging. Je zorgt ervoor dat chauffeurs, planners en ondersteunende diensten optimaal samenwerken zodat reizigers elke dag kunnen rekenen op een veilige, kwalitatieve en stipte dienstverlening.

Jouw functie als Site Manager In deze veelzijdige managementfunctie stuur je een team van ongeveer 150 chauffeurs aan en geef je rechtstreeks leiding aan een team van 3 medewerkers binnen planning en administratie.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:

  • De dagelijkse operationele aansturing van de vestiging.
  • Het bewaken van kwaliteit, efficiëntie en klantgerichtheid.
  • Het opvolgen van stiptheid, aanwezigheden en operationele prestaties.
  • Het coachen, begeleiden en motiveren van medewerkers.
  • Het voeren van evaluatie-, functionerings- en opvolgingsgesprekken.
  • Het oplossen van operationele uitdagingen en het nemen van doordachte beslissingen.
  • Het implementeren van nieuwe diensten, processen en veranderingen.
  • Het opvolgen van schadegevallen, klachten, boetes en administratieve dossiers.
  • Het stimuleren van een positieve bedrijfscultuur waarin respect, veiligheid en samenwerking centraal staan.
  • De samenwerking tussen planning en technische diensten om de beschikbaarheid van voertuigen te optimaliseren.
  • Ondersteuning van chauffeurs bij incidenten of ongevallen.
  • Het beheren van interne communicatie en digitale informatiekanalen.
  • Deelname aan overlegmomenten rond welzijn, preventie en sociale relaties.
  • Rapportering aan het directieteam.
  • Ervaring in een leidinggevende of operationele managementfunctie.
  • Sterke organisatorische en administratieve vaardigheden.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Een natuurlijke leiderschapsstijl met focus op coaching en motivatie.
  • Besluitvaardigheid en stressbestendigheid.
  • Een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Een oplossingsgerichte en pragmatische ingesteldheid.
  • Vlotte kennis van MS Office en digitale tools.
  • Flexibiliteit om indien nodig buiten de klassieke kantooruren bereikbaar te zijn.
