Je nieuwe baan Ben jij een ervaren leidinggevende in de windenergie die klaar is voor een nieuwe uitdaging? Heb jij de technische kennis, het overzicht en de communicatieve vaardigheden om een team aan te sturen én tegelijkertijd de klantrelatie te onderhouden? Dan is dit jouw kans. Voor het offshore serviceteam van Deutsche Windtechnik zoek ik een Site Manager in IJmuiden. Je stuurt samen met de shiftsupervisors dagelijks de operatie aan, ontwikkeld het team en bent altijd bezig met optimalisatie, van het team, processen en prestaties. Daarnaast ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klant. Je zorgt dat de afspraken die gemaakt zijn opgevolgd worden en samen met de operations manager zorg je voor de beste samenwerkingen. Als Site Manager werk je vanuit het kantoor in IJmuiden en ben je als nodig ook offshore aanwezig. Je houdt overzicht, bewaakt de planning en zorgt dat mensen, middelen en informatie op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn. Je schakelt tussen operatie, team en klant en stelt ook onder tijdsdruk de juiste prioriteiten. - Je geeft operationeel leiding aan Shift Supervisors en Technical Support; - Je coacht, begeleidt en ontwikkelt jouw team; - Je coördineert de dagelijkse offshore operatie en bewaakt de voortgang; - Je stelt operationele planningen en ploegenschema's op en zorgt voor een optimale inzet van mensen en middelen; - Je signaleert knelpunten, vertaalt die naar oplossingen en initieert verbeteringen voor processen, efficiëntie en de beschikbaarheid van assets; - Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klant en onderhoudt een professionele samenwerking; - Je verzorgt voortgangsrapportages en communiceert proactief over risico's en operationele ontwikkelingen; - Je voert risicoanalyses uit en draagt actief bij aan een veilige werkomgeving.
