Dan is dit een mooie kans om impact te maken binnen een snelgroeiende en innovatieve offshore omgeving. Wat ga je doen? Als Site Manager ben jij de schakel tussen de operatie, het team en de klant. Je zorgt ervoor dat werkzaamheden veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning worden uitgevoerd. Daarbij stuur je niet alleen de dagelijkse operatie aan, maar denk je ook mee over verbeteringen voor de toekomst. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Operationeel leidinggeven aan Shift Supervisors en Technical Support. - Coachen, begeleiden en ontwikkelen van teamleden. - Coördineren van de dagelijkse offshore werkzaamheden. - Opstellen en bewaken van planningen en ploegenschema's. - Zorgen voor een optimale inzet van mensen en middelen. - Signaleren van knelpunten en implementeren van verbeteringen. - Onderhouden van een goede samenwerking met de klant. - Opstellen van rapportages en communiceren over voortgang en risico's. - Uitvoeren van risicoanalyses en bijdragen aan een veilige werkomgeving. Functie-eisen Wat breng je mee? - Ervaring binnen de offshore-, technische- of energiesector. - Aantoonbare leidinggevende kwaliteiten. - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden. - Een proactieve en oplossingsgerichte instelling. - Het vermogen om overzicht te houden, ook onder druk. - Affiniteit met veiligheid, planning en operationele processen. - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
