The posting

Voor een industriële dienstverlener in de regio Zelzate zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren en gedreven Site Manager. In deze senior sleutelrol ben jij het kloppend hart van de vestiging en draag je de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor de dagelijkse operaties, veiligheid en rendabiliteit. Je fungeert als een sterke people manager die teams coacht naar optimale resultaten, terwijl je tegelijkertijd nauwgezet waakt over KPI's, budgetten en kwaliteitsnormen. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan het hoger management en vormt de verbindende schakel tussen de werkvloer, klanten en de groepsdirectie.

  • Operationeel Leiderschap: Organiseren en optimaliseren van alle site-activiteiten en het bewaken van KPI's met betrekking tot veiligheid, kwaliteit, output en kosten.
  • Veiligheid & Kwaliteit: Eindverantwoordelijkheid voor de strikte naleving van milieu- en veiligheidsnormen en het stimuleren van een sterke veiligheidscultuur (prioriteit nr. 1).
  • Teammanagement: Direct aansturen en coachen van de productieleider, ploegbazen en medewerkers, inclusief personeelsplanning, evaluaties en opleidingen.
  • Financieel & Administratief Beheer: Beheren van het vestigingsbudget, opvolgen van bestellingen en facturatie, en het opstellen van maandelijkse rapportages in overleg met de boekhouding.
  • Klanten- & Stakeholderbeheer: Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en partners, en het proactief bewaken van de klanttevredenheid.
  • Continu Verbeteren: Initiëren van verbeterprojecten (zoals Lean, 5S en digitalisering) en het implementeren van structurele oplossingen voor operationele knelpunten.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische, logistieke of bedrijfskundige richting, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen een industriële of technische omgeving.
  • Grondige kennis van operationele processen, veiligheidsprotocollen en kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Sterke leidinggevende capaciteiten met een focus op coaching, resultaatgerichtheid en verbindende communicatie.
  • Analytisch ingesteld, besluitvaardig en stressbestendig met een hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels, kennis van het Duits is een sterke troef.
  • Vlotte vaardigheid met MS Office-programma's.
