Voor onze klant die gespecialiseerd is in professionele schoonmaakdiensten binnen de farmaceutische sector, zijn wij op zoek naar een Site Manager.

Werken binnen een cleanroom-omgeving vraagt een grote dosis structuur, organisatie en discipline. Je reinigt ruimtes waar vervuiling vaak niet zichtbaar is met het blote oog, waardoor nauwkeurigheid en oog voor detail cruciaal zijn. Daarom zoeken we iemand met een perfectionistische ingesteldheid, rustig blijft in alle omstandigheden en iemand die een sterke verantwoordelijkheidszin heeft.

  • Je staat in voor de dagelijkse operationele werking van de dagshift, van maandag tot en met vrijdag.
  • Je waakt over de correcte naleving van procedures, kwaliteitsrichtlijnen, veiligheidsvoorschriften en welzijnsbeleid.
  • Je coacht, motiveert en begeleidt schoonmaakmedewerkers en voert regelmatig evaluatie- en feedbackgesprekken.
  • Je stelt efficiënte personeelsplanningen en werkroosters op en zorgt voor een optimale bezetting.
  • Je controleert de uitgevoerde schoonmaakwerkzaamheden en ziet toe op het behalen van de vooropgestelde kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Je bouwt sterke en duurzame relaties op met klanten en fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt op de site.
  • Je detecteert opportuniteiten en verbeterpunten binnen de dienstverlening en speelt proactief in op de noden van de klant.
  • Je verzorgt de administratieve opvolging, waaronder loonvoorbereiding, facturatievoorbereiding, vakantieplanning en contractaanvragen.
  • Je rapporteert op regelmatige basis aan de Campus Manager
  • Je werkt actief mee aan het realiseren van de vooropgestelde KPI's
  • Bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Leidinggevende ervaring vereist
  • Ervaring met farmaceutische omgeving en/of GMP-omgeving is een plus
  • Oplossingsgericht, verantwoordelijk en punctueel
  • Sterk in plannen, organiseren en communiceren
  • Flexibel in werkuren en werkomgeving
  • Teamspeler met uitstekende kennis Nederlands
  • Frans/Engels is een plus
  • Vlot met MS Office; Navision is een troef
