Jouw bijdrage aan het avontuur We rollen in hoog tempo nieuwe AI-gedreven features en agents uit. Om dit betrouwbaar, schaalbaar en meetbaar te maken, zoeken we een scherpe Site Reliability Engineer. Jij wordt de architect achter onze operationele zichtbaarheid en de drijvende kracht achter onze metrics. Waar anderen code schrijven of systemen deployen, zorg jij voor de fundamentele datalaag die bewijst dat onze systemen op het hoogste kwaliteitsniveau presteren. Je bent iemand van de executie en de communicatie; je vertaalt complexe telemetry-data naar glasheldere inzichten voor alle belanghebbenden. Binnen ons team ga je direct impact maken met drie grote, strategische projecten: - Application Performance & SLO Infrastructure: Je ontwerpt en implementeert de core monitoringstructuur voor onze SaaS-applicatie. Je definieert heldere Service Level Indicators (SLI's) en Service Level Objectives (SLO's) in Datadog voor onze kritieke endpoints (zoals API-responstijden en database-latencies). Met behulp van error budget-alerting en real-user monitoring (RUM) signaleer en elimineer je performance-bottlenecks voordat onze eindgebruikers er last van hebben. - Baseline Metrics Dashboard: Je bouwt de operationele visibility-laag.
