Jouw verantwoordelijkheden?

Als Site Supervisor ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt op onze grotere werven. Je werkt nauw samen met de Projectmanager, techniekers, field engineers, onderaannemers en de klant. Je bewaakt de voortgang van het project, stuurt het team dagelijks aan en zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot en veilig verloopt.

Je staat in voor een goede voorbereiding en uitvoering van de werken, zodat projecten binnen de vooropgestelde timing én volgens de kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen worden opgeleverd.

Operationeel

  • Aansturen van teams op de werf en opvolgen van de dagelijkse vooruitgang;
  • Zorgen voor de beschikbaarheid van materialen en middelen;
  • Plaatsen, aansluiten en testen van systemen en componenten;
  • Voorbereiden en laten goedkeuren van technische schema's;
  • Installeren en instellen van securitysystemen;
  • Problemen oplossen en escaleren waar nodig, en opvolging verzekeren;
  • Registreren van uitgevoerde werken en gepresteerde uren;
  • Bijhouden en updaten van as-built gegevens;
  • Opstellen van voortgangsrapporten voor projectmanager en klant.

Commercieel & communicatie

  • Professioneel contact onderhouden met klanten op de werf;
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor alle betrokken partijen.

Kwaliteit, veiligheid en milieu (QESH)

  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op installaties;
  • Naleven en toepassen van veiligheidsinstructies.

Wat verwachten van jou?

  • Opleiding in elektriciteit, elektronica of IT (TSO of gelijkwaardig door ervaring);
  • Ervaring met installaties en bekabeling;
  • Sterke technische vaardigheden en probleemoplossend vermogen;
  • Kennis van systemen zoals Genetec, Milestone, Nedap, Ccure is een plus;
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels + basis Frans;
  • Basis IT-kennis (o.a. Microsoft Office);
  • Je kan plannen en schema's lezen en aanpassen;
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, zelfstandig en neemt initiatief.
