Als Site Supervisor ben jij op locatie verantwoordelijk voor het soepel laten verlopen van montage- en installatieprojecten. Je werkt aan technisch hoogwaardige systemen bij klanten in binnen- en buitenland en vormt de schakel tussen de monteurs op locatie, de klant en het interne projectteam. Tijdens een project coördineer en begeleid je monteurs en onderaannemers. Je bewaakt de planning, kwaliteit en voortgang en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren. Daarbij verlies je de veiligheid en technische kwaliteit niet uit het oog. Je bent niet alleen organisatorisch betrokken. Dankzij jouw technische achtergrond begrijp je wat er tijdens de montage en installatie gebeurt en kun je snel schakelen wanneer zich technische knelpunten voordoen. Je analyseert problemen, stemt mogelijke oplossingen af met de betrokken collega's en zorgt dat het project verder kan. Voor de klant ben jij tijdens de installatie- en inbedrijfstellingsfase een belangrijk aanspreekpunt. Je houdt de klant op de hoogte van de voortgang, bespreekt aandachtspunten en zorgt voor duidelijke communicatie gedurende het project. Intern werk je nauw samen met onder andere Projectmanagement, Engineering en Service. Je rapporteert over de voortgang en eventuele afwijkingen en zorgt voor een goede overdracht wanneer een installatie gereed is. De projecten vinden zowel nationaal als internationaal plaats.
