The posting

Voor een groeiend installatiebedrijf actief binnen de HVAC- en industriële sector zijn we op zoek naar een site supervisor (meewerkend werfleider).

In deze functie combineer je leidinggevende verantwoordelijkheid met praktisch meewerkend werk op de werf. Je zorgt ervoor dat projecten correct, veilig en efficiënt verlopen, met oog voor kwaliteit en planning.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Leiding geven en coördineren van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden op de werf.
  • Aansturen van een team van techniekers en zorgen voor een vlotte taakverdeling.
  • Actief meewerken bij de installatie, montage en afwerking van HVAC- en industriële installaties.
  • Voorbereiden en opvolgen van projecten en toezien op naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Kwaliteitscontrole van de uitgevoerde werken en rapporteren aan de projectleiding.
  • Communicatie met klanten en betrokken partijen om de voortgang van het project te waarborgen.
  • Je beschikt over een technisch diploma (elektromechanica, bouwkunde of gelijkaardig).
  • Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen de bouw- of installatiesector.
  • Kennis van HVAC of industriële installaties is een sterke troef.
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en schrikt er niet voor terug om zelf actief mee te werken.
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands, andere talen zijn een pluspunt.
  • Je bezit een rijbewijs B.
  • Bij voorkeur heb je een VCA-attest of je bent bereid dit op korte termijn te behalen.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk, communicatief en sterk in organiseren.
