Voor één van onze klanten, een internationale bouwfirma, zijn we op zoek naar een Site Supervisor. Als Site Supervisor ben je verantwoordelijk voor het plannen en implementeren van de nodige maatregelen om de goede organisatie van de site te garanderen. De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie zijn:

  • Voorbereiden van projecten samen met de Project Manager om een vlotte uitvoering te garanderen.
  • Optimaliseren van planning en inrichting van personeel, materieel en bouwplaats.
  • Strikt toezicht houden op voortgang, budget en materialen, inclusief correcte documentatie.
  • Communiceren met alle stakeholders, van leveranciers tot klanten, met helderheid en professionaliteit.
  • Proactief kansen signaleren voor procesverbeteringen en bijdragen aan de algehele efficiëntie van de site.

De vereiste kwalificaties zijn:

  • Bachelor of master diploma in technisch onderwijs.
  • Ervaring in de elektriciteitssector of gelijkwaardige technische omgeving.
  • Vloeiende kennis van Nederlands, Engels is een pluspunt.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, ideeën en beslissingen overtuigend overbrengen.
  • Flexibel en stressbestendig, snel kunnen reageren op veranderende omstandigheden.
  • Proactieve “make it happen”-mentaliteit, energiek, doelgericht en resultaatgericht.
