Jobomschrijving

Als Site Supervisor coördineer en superviseer je een team van technici in HVAC. Je zorgt ervoor dat het werk op de site bij de klant goed wordt voorbereid en uitgevoerd, in alle veiligheid.

Voor de sites onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid:

  • Zorgen voor het operationele beheer van multidisciplinair onderhoud en herstellingen van verwarmingstoestellen en elektrische installaties.
  • Jouw team beheren
  • Technische ondersteuning bieden en indien nodig ingrijpen
  • Verantwoordelijk zijn voor de contractuele relatie als eerste aanspreekpunt
  • Je bent de garantie voor het bevorderen van veiligheid en welzijn binnen zijn/haar teams.
  • Uren: 7u30-16u - kan afwijken door de planning. Deze zal wekelijks doorgegeven worden.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor diploma oriëntatie wetenschappen of gelijkgesteld door ervaring in HVAC, elektriciteit of loodgieterij
  • Je hebt ervaring in een leidinggevende functie, communiceert goed en bouwt graag relaties op
  • Je hebt een relevante technische achtergrond
  • Je hebt jouw VCA en BA5 gewaardeerd
  • Rijbewijs B

  • Je bent Nederlandstalig of Franstalig, maar je kunt goed jouw plan trekken in de andere landstaal
