The posting

In de rol van Site Supervisor voor onze vestiging te Wommelgem ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse coördinatie van een industrieel project binnen een veeleisende farmaceutische omgeving. Je werkt nauw samen met technische teams op de site en bewaakt de uitvoering, kwaliteit en planning binnen strikt gereguleerde pharma-standaarden. Daarnaast speel je een actieve rol in de realisatie van innovatieve automatiseringsoplossingen binnen sectoren waar precisie, compliance en betrouwbaarheid centraal staan.

We zijn benieuwd wie deze verantwoordelijkheid mee op zich wil nemen en onze projecten verder mee vormgeeft.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Dagelijkse coördinatie en opvolging van de werkzaamheden op de werf
  • Fungeren als centraal aanspreekpunt voor elektriciens, onderaannemers en klanten
  • Aansturen en opvolgen van zowel het eigen team als externe partners
  • Interpreteren van elektrische schema’s en toezien op de correcte vergunningen
  • Opstellen en bewaken van de planning en voortgang van de werken
  • Waken over kwaliteit, veiligheid en rendement op de werf
  • Nauwe samenwerking met de projectleider en proactief inspelen op mogelijke risico’s of uitdagingen
  • Bij voorkeur in het bezit van een technisch diploma
  • Minimum 5 jaar werfervaring, waarvan minstens 2 jaar in een leidinggevende functie
  • Hands-on en oplossingsgericht, met een sterke verantwoordelijkheidszin
  • In het bezit van een VCA-attest
  • Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands, kennis van Engels, Frans of Duits is een pluspunt
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een motiverende aanpak binnen het team.
  • Flexibel en stressbestendig in een dynamische werkomgeving
