Ondergrondse en bovengrondse kabels en leidingen, horizontaal gestuurde boringen, hoogspanning en tractie, netwerken en gestructureerde bekabelingssystemen, glasvezelnetwerken, seininstallaties en bewakingssystemen, huisaansluitingen, tunnel-technische installaties en verkeerstechnieken behoren tot onze activiteiten. Functieomschrijving

  • Aansturen van de dagelijkse uitvoering aan van het project;
  • Bewaken van werkzaamheden conform opgesteld werkplan zowel in tijd, geld als kwaliteit;
  • Uitvoeren van het veiligheidsbeleid tijdens de realisatie;
  • Opstellen afwijkingsformulieren bij afwijkingen in de uitvoering en op het werkplan;
  • Bewaken en afstemmen van activiteiten van derden indien vermeld in het werkplan;
  • Signaleren van knelpunten in de planning van andere disciplines;
  • Organiseren van Lean bijeenkomsten om tot een zo’n efficiënt mogelijke integrale planning te komen.
  • Naleven en controle van de VCA en ISO normen.
  • Opvolgen van leveranciers en eigen teams onder jouw verantwoordelijk nauwgezet op;
  • Bachelor/master diploma of gelijkgesteld door ervaring in complexe infrastructurele projecten. ;
  • Minimum 3 jaar relevante werkervaring in de civiele bouw.
  • Je hebt bewezen vaardigheden in leidinggeven, interpersoonlijke communicatie en change management, je kan motiveren, delegeren en coördineren en je weet een interactieve teamspirit binnen een team te creëren
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat op alle niveaus in het project mensen hun verantwoordelijkheid nemen
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en weet je ook goed uit te drukken in het Engels
  • Je hebt een goede technische achtergrond en kan vlot overweg met MS office (MS project is een pluspunt)
