The posting

Als Site Manager Afvalstromen en Grondverzet in Wetteren neem je een veelzijdige, operationele rol op waarin grondstromen, sitebeheer en werfopvolging samenkomen. Je werkt ongeveer 50% op het terrein en 50% in opvolging en administratie, waardoor je dicht bij de dagelijkse werking staat én de organisatie mee bewaakt. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor meerdere grondverwerkingslocaties en werven. Je coördineert de dagelijkse werking, stuurt mensen en middelen aan en waakt over kwaliteit, veiligheid en regelgeving. Daarnaast volg je grondstromen, staalnames en de samenwerking met interne en externe partners op.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Opvolgen van grondverwerkingslocaties en werven;
  • Organiseren van staalnames en opvolgen van grondstromen en bestemmingen;
  • Bewaken van regelgeving rond grondverzet, milieu, afval en veiligheid;
  • Aansturen van een eigen ploeg en coördineren van onderaannemers en partners;
  • Plannen en opvolgen van werven van opstart tot afronding;
  • Opvolgen van vergunningen, hoeveelheden, vorderingsstaten en nacalculaties;
  • Signaleren van knelpunten en zoeken naar praktische oplossingen;
  • Meedenken over een efficiënte en rendabele werking van sites en projecten;
  • Onderhouden van contacten met klanten, leveranciers, interne diensten en overheidsinstanties.

Een functie met veel afwisseling, verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte voor initiatief, ideaal voor iemand die graag op het terrein actief is, sterk georganiseerd is en tegelijk oog heeft voor administratie en regelgeving.

We zoeken vooral een hands-on, leergierige en verantwoordelijke kandidaat met een praktische ingesteldheid en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden. Ervaring in grondverzet is een plus, maar motivatie en groeipotentieel zijn minstens even belangrijk.

We verwachten van jou:

  • bachelor denkniveau, technisch/bouwkundig/milieu of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
  • 0 tot 3 jaar ervaring of sterke motivatie om te groeien;
  • affiniteit met grondverzet of een gelijkaardige omgeving;
  • organisatorisch en communicatief sterk;
  • interesse in regelgeving en administratie;
  • goede kennis Nederlands; Frans/Engels is een plus;
  • rijbewijs B;
  • bereidheid om ongeveer 12 uur per dag te werken tussen 06:00 en 18:00 uur.

Ervaring als ploegbaas, werfleider of siteverantwoordelijke is een plus.
