Als sitemanager bouw je aan de toekomst en werk je samen met je collega's om projecten op een efficiënte, commerciële en professionele wijze te realiseren. Hierbij ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van alle werkzaamheden op het hoogspanningsstation. Dit doe je zeker niet enkel vanachter je bureau: je bent regelmatig onderweg (met een auto van de zaak) en op locatie om met je team, partners, aannemers en klanten de werkzaamheden af te stemmen. Deze rol is voor 38 uur per week in jouw verzorgingsgebied (Achterhoek - Betuwe). Het kantoor bevindt zich in Duiven en daar zul je geregeld komen, maar jij werkt vooral op projectlocaties in de regio. Jij maakt het net georganiseerder bij Alliander. Jij maakt het net beter als sitemanager Als sitemanager voer je de regie op de uitvoering om de hoogspanningsprojecten volgens gestelde doelstellingen (tijd, geld en kwaliteit) te kunnen realiseren. Hierbij wordt continu afgestemd met de Lead Engineer en Projectmanager. Als lid van een projectteam ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de operationele uitvoering van alle primaire, secundaire en bouwkundige werkzaamheden op de verschillende projectlocaties. Je bent als VGM-U coördinator verantwoordelijk voor de veiligheid op de werkplek en met je voorbeeldfunctie breng je veilig werken over naar je team. Tijdens de ontwerpfase denk en beslis je mee en begin je al met het voorbereiden van de uitvoeringsfase. Het energienet van de toekomst maken we voor iedereen, mét iedereen. En als sitemanager werk jij hieraan mee. Zo ben jij bezig met het: - toezicht houden op voortgang en kwaliteit en overleggen met jouw team; - maken van een uitvoeringsbegroting en -planning en toetsen van de uitvoerbaarheid tijdens de ontwerpfase. - aansturen van aannemers op tijd, geld en kwaliteit; - signaleren van risico's voor de planning en het budget tijdens de uitvoeringsfase; - het controleren van de veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen en Arbo & Milieuwetgeving in de uit...
