Logistiek medewerker Sjorder / Lasher Hulst 16 24 - uur per week Introductie Wil jij werken in de haven, zorgen voor veiligheid én krijg je energie van afwisselend werk? Heb je je rijbewijs B op zak en wil je 2 à 3 dagen per week goed verdienen? Breng jij graag structuur en daadkracht in een hecht team? Dan is deze baan als sjorder/lasher echt iets voor jou! Functieomschrijving Als sjorder/lasher ben jij de schakel die ervoor zorgt dat ladingen - van containers tot voertuigen - veilig vastzitten op het schip. Jij maakt het verschil: zonder jouw werk geen veilige vaart! Naast het vastzetten van de lading, vervoer je je collega's met onze bedrijfswagen van en naar het schip. Door jouw veiligheidsbewustzijn, oplettendheid en teamwork voelt iedereen zich zeker aan boord en blijft de lading goed beschermd. Een werkdag start vaak met het gezamenlijk ophalen van je team, waarna jullie samen naar de betreffende terminal rijden. Op de werkplek check je alle veiligheidsvoorschriften en ga je aan de slag met het sjorren van de lading. Je werkt met staven, kabels en ander materiaal - steeds alert op de veiligheid van jezelf, je team en het materieel. Je werkt in wisselende diensten, soms overdag maar ook geregeld 's avonds of 's nachts. Dat betekent mooie toeslagen! Jouw hoofdverantwoordelijkheden: - Vervoeren van teamleden naar en van het schip met de bedrijfswagen - Controleren en opvolgen van de veiligheidsinstructies - Vastzetten van lading met staven en kabels - Overleggen met collega's over werkverdeling en voortgang - Signaleren van onveilige situaties en direct actie ondernemen Dankzij jou… - Is elke lading veilig vastgezet en kan het schip zonder zorgen vertrekken - Weten je collega's dat ze altijd veilig vervoerd worden - Worden veiligheidsprocedures strikt nageleefd - Heeft het team een betrouwbare, flexibele kracht die het verschil maakt Ben je op zoek naar afwisseling, verantwoordelijkheid en een fijne werksfeer?
