Wij zijn op zoek naar enthousiaste ski- en snowboardinstructeurs om ons team te versterken. Bij ons geloven we dat skiën en snowboarden een bijzondere ervaring is. Onze missie is om deze ervaring nog leuker, beter en gaver te maken. Of je nu bij ons komt voor een les op de rolpiste, een feestje viert of een teamuitje hebt bij Snowsports Zwolle, of zelf in de bergen gaat skiën, wij willen dat iedereen plezier beleeft aan wintersport. Ons team bestaat uit 40 enthousiaste ski- en snowboardleraren en bar/ receptiemedewerkers. We investeren veel in de persoonlijke ontwikkeling van ons team, omdat we geloven dat dit de sleutel is tot succes en plezier, zowel voor onze klanten als voor onszelf. En nu is het jouw kans om deel uit te maken van ons team als parttime ski- of snowboard instructeur! Wat houdt het werk in? - Zelfstandig ski- en/of snowboardlessen geven aan cursisten - Het beoordelen van het niveau van de cursist en indien nodig de lesinhoud aanpassen. - Het registreren van de voortgang en ontwikkeling van de cursisten. - Het bijwonen van verplichte trainingen en workshops. - Het zijn van een gastheer/gastvrouw en bijdragen aan een ultieme klantbeleving. Wat vragen we van jou? - Diploma Anwärter of Ski/Snowboardleraar Niveau 2/3 (of gelijkwaardig). - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om instructies over te brengen. - Geduld en een positieve houding. - Klantgerichtheid en het vermogen om uitstekende service te bieden. - Bij voorkeur aantoonbare ervaring als ski- of snowboard instructeur. - Goede vaardigheden op de rolpiste.
