Dit dynamische bedrijf biedt een breed scala aan IT-diensten aan zijn klanten, waaronder beheer en support, cloud-oplossingen, Office 365, beveiliging en VoIP-telefonie. Wat ga je doen? - Je zult verantwoordelijk zijn voor het uitvoeren van systeem- en netwerkbeheer voor je klanten. Deze klanten bevinden zich voornamelijk in het MKB-segment (1 tot 150 werkplekken) en zijn actief in diverse sectoren. De meeste van je taken voer je op afstand uit. - Je biedt zowel eerstelijns als tweedelijns support via telefoon en ticketsysteem. - Je bewaakt de ICT-omgevingen van je klanten (PRTG-monitoring) en onderneemt actie wanneer dat nodig is. - Je gaat aan de slag in een uitdagende omgeving met veelzijdige taken.
