Als Skilled Onsite Support Engineer in Meppel werk je binnen een professionele en formele organisatie waar IT een cruciale rol speelt in dagelijkse operationele processen. In deze rol werk je niet alleen op de servicedesk, maar lever je ook ondersteuning op locatie en draag je bij aan een stabiele en betrouwbare IT-omgeving. Je werkt samen in een klein team van specialisten en draait mee in een stand-by rooster, waarbij een auto beschikbaar is voor ondersteuning op andere locaties wanneer nodig. Wat krijg je van ons - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen €2.700 en €3.400, afhankelijk van je ervaring - Een jaarlijkse beoordeling waarbij je ieder jaar tot 10% kunt groeien in salaris - Een jaarcontract met een goede pensioenregeling - Een leaseauto of volledige OV-reiskostenvergoeding - 25 vakantiedagen per jaar en 8,33% vakantiegeld - Uitgebreide studiemogelijkheden die volledig door igen worden gefinancierd, zoals certificaten, trainingen en opleidingen - Persoonlijke begeleiding door je eigen fieldmanager en ondersteuning van een Microsoft Certified Trainer Over de rol Als Skilled Onsite Support Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het oplossen van complexere eerstelijns en tweedelijns IT-vraagstukken en werk je nauw samen met collega's binnen een pool van specialisten. Functie-eisen - mbo 4 ICT diploma of vergelijkbaar werk- en denkniveau; - Minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring binnen IT-support; - In bezit ITIL v4 certificering is een pré (of bereidheid deze binnen 3 maanden te behalen); - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en vloeiend Nederlands - Ervaring met werken binnen formele organisaties of omgevingen met zakelijke klanten Interesse?
