Jouw ambitie staat hierin centraal! - Persoonlijke begeleiding door je eigen fieldmanager en ondersteuning van onze eigen Microsoft Certified Trainer bij jouw loopbaandoelen. Jouw rol als skilled servicedeskmedewerker: Als skilled servicedeskmedewerker zorg je dat eindgebruikers snel weer aan de slag kunnen door het oplossen van hard- en software problemen met laptops, thin clients, printers en telefoons. Dit doe je door prioriteiten te stellen en de eindgebruiker op de hoogte te houden van de voortgang. Je registreert alle binnenkomende incidenten in een ticketsysteem, weet prioriteiten te stellen en houdt de eindgebruiker op de hoogte van de status van het incident. Wanneer je het incident niet kunt oplossen zet je het door naar de 3e-lijns oplosgroep of systeembeheer. Ook beheer je gebruikersaccounts en verleen je rechten in Active Directory.
