In onze kleinschalige woonzorgvoorziening kennen bewoners, familieleden en collega's elkaar goed en is er ruimte voor oprechte aandacht. Ook 's nachts willen onze bewoners zich veilig, gehoord en geborgen voelen. Daarom zijn wij op zoek naar een slaapwaakmedewerker die met rust, betrokkenheid en verantwoordelijkheid bijdraagt aan een prettige nacht voor onze bewoners. Ben jij zorgzaam, zelfstandig en op je best wanneer anderen slapen? Dan maken we graag kennis met jou. Wat ga je doen? Als slaapwaakmedewerker ben je aanwezig tijdens de nachtelijke uren. Je dienst begint om 23.00 uur. Je ondersteunt bewoners die nog niet naar bed zijn gegaan en helpt waar nodig bij de afronding van de dag. Wanneer het huis tot rust komt, ga jij ook rusten. Tijdens de nacht blijf je beschikbaar voor zorgalarmeringen en situaties waarin bewoners ondersteuning nodig hebben. Je zorgt voor een veilige, rustige en vertrouwde nacht en bent het aanspreekpunt wanneer dat nodig is. In de ochtend om 07.15 uur draag je bijzonderheden over aan je collega's van de dagdienst. Daarna zit jouw dienst erop.
