The posting

Delen: Draag bij aan een veilige en rustige nacht als slaapwacht! In deze rol ben jij 's nachts het vertrouwde aanspreekpunt voor cliënten en bied je ondersteuning wanneer dat nodig is. Je blijft op de locatie slapen en wordt alleen gewekt bij situaties die echt aandacht vragen. Daardoor is deze functie goed te combineren met bijvoorbeeld een studie, gezin of andere baan. Rond 22:00 uur begin je je dienst en neem je de overdracht over van de collega's van de avonddienst. Tijdens de nacht houd je toezicht op het dag- en nachtritme van cliënten en zorg je voor een veilige leefomgeving. Mocht er iets onverwachts gebeuren, dan wordt van je verwacht dat je doortastend handelt en praktische oplossingen kunt bedenken. Natuurlijk kun je altijd telefonisch overleggen met de collega die bereikbaarheidsdienst heeft. Meestal kun je ongestoord slapen in een aparte slaapkamer op de locatie. Om 7:00 uur start je de ochtend met het ondersteunen bij medicatie en, waar nodig, persoonlijke verzorging. Voor je rond 08:30 uur naar huis gaat, drink je nog een kop koffie met je collega's en verzorg je de overdracht aan de vroege dienst. Van de 8 uur dat je slaapt krijg je minimaal 4 uur uitbetaald. Word je toch gewekt? Dan krijg je deze uren ook vergoed. Jouw werkplek Je werkt in het Schilderskwartier in Woerden bij team Hobbemastraat, op een locatie voor beschermd wonen met 24/7 begeleiding. Het appartementencomplex heeft drie verdiepingen met 15 zit-slaapkamers en gemeenschappelijke woonkamers, keukens, badkamers en balkons. Daarnaast zijn er twee 2-persoonswoningen waar bewoners samen faciliteiten delen. Op de locatie is ook een AdemPauzePlek (APP) voor cliënten die tijdelijk tot rust willen komen. Nabij de locatie zijn er ook 4 satelliet woningen. Het centrum en openbaar vervoer zijn op loopafstand. Onze doelgroep is divers: van jongvolwassenen tot ouderen, met specialisaties zoals autisme, verslavingsproblematiek en begeleiding naar zelfstandigheid...
