Bent jij een vroege vogel, een doorzetter en wilt jij het ambacht van de vleesverwerking leren? Kom ons team versterken en werk mee aan de productie van heerlijk varkensvlees!

Wij zijn op zoek naar gedreven medewerkers voor twee gespecialiseerde rollen binnen onze verwerkingsafdeling.

De Functie: Allround Medewerker Vleesverwerking (2 Profielen)

Afhankelijk van uw interesse en aanleg, ben jij de versterking voor een van onze de volgende teams:

Profiel 1: Medewerker Slachtlijn (Basisverwerking)

  • Leren werken met een mes.
  • Liesvet en organen verwijderen.
  • Karkassen opkuisen.
  • Rode en witte organen ophangen.
  • Respecteren van de veiligheids- en hygiënemaatregelen.

Profiel 2: Uitbener en Versnijder (Verdergaande Verwerking)

  • (Leren) werken met een mes.
  • Versnijden van karkassen.
  • Uitbenen en ophangen van de verschillende deelstukken.
  • Klaarmaken van bestellingen.
  • Respecteren van de veiligheids- en hygiënemaatregelen.

Profiel

  • Je bent een vroege vogel (wij starten op om 5u).
  • Je bent flexibel (de werkdag is afhankelijk van het aantal slachtingen/verwerkingen).
  • Je bent een doorzetter en wilt continu bijleren.
  • Je bent bereid om de strikte veiligheids- en hygiënemaatregelen te respecteren.
