Van bereiding tot afwerking: jij hodt het atelier draaiende

Deze job is ideaal voor een beenhouwer die graag afwisseling heeft. Je combineert bereidingen, versnijdingen en afwerking, en werkt daarbij nauw samen met de chef-beenhouwer.

Je staat onder andere in voor:

  • Het bereiden van panklare gerechten volgens de eigen recepten
  • Het maken van worsten, gehakt en andere vleesbereidingen
  • Het braden van kippen aan het spit en bereiden van verse rosbief
  • Het samenstellen en afwerken van vleesschotels
  • Samen met de chef-beenhouwer versnijden en portioneren van vers vlees
  • Producten correct verpakken en etiketteren
  • Werken met onder andere een Webomatic-verpakkingsmachine en digitale prijsetiketteermachine
  • Tijdens de late shift mee zorgen dat atelier en werkplek netjes en volledig op orde achterblijven

Wanneer werk je?

Je werkt voltijds 36,5 uur per week, verdeeld over 5 dagen. De vroege shift loopt van 6u tot 14u en de late shift van 10u tot 18u. Jouw werkuren worden in overleg afgesproken. Je werkt om de week op zaterdag en op zondag van 6u tot 13u.
