Heb jij een passie voor kwaliteitsvlees, en werk je graag met ambachtelijke versproducten? Voor een dynamische en moderne supermarkt is er een openstaande vacature voor een voltijdse slager. Je komt terecht in een stabiele retailomgeving waar kwaliteit centraal staat, en geniet bovendien van een vast vrij weekendregime.

Als allround beenhouwer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de vleesafdeling. Je zorgt voor de perfecte verwerking van de producten en een aantrekkelijke presentatie voor de klanten.

Wat ga je doen: - Vers vlees uitbenen, versnijden, portioneren en verkoopsklaar maken volgens de geldende kwaliteitsnormen. - Zorgen voor een verzorgde en aantrekkelijke presentatie van vleesproducten in de toonbank. - Toezien op versheid, kwaliteit, correcte etikettering en productrotatie. - Klanten professioneel adviseren over vleesbereidingen, gaartijden, kruidencombinaties en culinaire toepassingen. - Mee instaan voor de voorbereiding van promoties, seizoensproducten en specialiteiten. - Nauwgezet toepassen van HACCP-richtlijnen en voedselveiligheidsprocedures. - Onderhouden van een propere, hygiënische werkruimte en verzorgde verkoopomgeving. Je hebt een professionele opleiding tot slager afgerond. Ervaren in versnijden, uitbenen, portioneren en afwerken van diverse vleessoorten. Nauwkeurig, kwaliteitsbewust en sterk gericht op voedselveiligheid en hygiëne. Klantvriendelijk en communicatief, met een professionele uitstraling aan de toonbank. Zelfstandig kunnen werken zonder het belang van teamwork uit het oog te verliezen. Flexibel inzetbaar binnen de openingsuren van de winkel, inclusief zaterdagwerk. Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel tonen door consequent te waken over kwaliteit, netheid en orde.
