Je krijgt een technisch en gevarieerd takenpakket waarbij je dagelijks verschillende facetten van het beenhouwersvak combineert.

Je staat onder andere in voor:

  • Het verwerken en uitsnijden van volledige karkassen en grote deelstukken
  • Het nauwkeurig versnijden en portioneren van steaks
  • Het verzagen van côte à l’os volgens de gewenste porties
  • Het maken van hamburgers, worsten, gehaktballen en andere gehaktbereidingen
  • Het bereiden van verschillende panklare en kant-en-klare producten
  • Het correct verpakken en etiketteren van afgewerkte producten
  • Het bewaken van kwaliteit, versheid, hygiëne en voedselveiligheid
  • Nauw samenwerken met een ervaren team om de dagelijkse productie vlot te laten verlopen

Jouw werkuren?

Je start rond 6u en bent doorgaans klaar tussen 13u en 14u. Bovendien werk je niet in het weekend. Je hebt dus elke namiddag vrij én bent zaterdag en zondag gegarandeerd thuis.

Je komt terecht in een moderne, grootschalige industriële slagerij waar dagelijks een team van ongeveer 20 ervaren beenhouwers aan de slag is. Volledige karkassen en grote stukken vlees worden hier ter plaatse verwerkt in een ruim atelier met moderne apparatuur en een duidelijke werkstructuur.

Hier draait het om écht vakmanschap, efficiëntie en kwaliteit.
