Wat ga je doen? - Je ontwikkelt de visie, roadmap en prioriteiten voor de app, het spaarsysteem en de cadeaukaarten. - Je vertaalt data van 100.000+ spaarders en feedback van klanten en Keurslagers naar concrete verbeteringen. - Je stuurt technologie- en servicepartners aan op kwaliteit, planning, kosten en resultaat. - Je coördineert releases, implementaties en het structureel oplossen van verstoringen. - Je beheert contracten, budgetten, KPI's en businesscases en maakt resultaten zichtbaar. - Je ontwikkelt de cadeaukaartpropositie verder voor consumenten en zakelijke klanten. Wat breng je mee? - HBO werk- en denkniveau en drie tot vijf jaar ervaring met productownership, CRM, loyaliteit of digitale dienstverlening. - Ervaring met apps, CRM, loyaliteit of vergelijkbare digitale producten en met het aansturen van externe partners. - Je werkt gemakkelijk met data, roadmaps, KPI's, budgetten en contracten. - Je bent analytisch, besluitvaardig en verbindend en neemt vanzelfsprekend eigenaarschap.
