Heb jij veel ideeën en wil je anderen helpen om mee te doen in Nederland? Dan zoeken wij jou! Je werkweek in beeld Als sleutelpersoon bij Project-Z help je mensen die nieuw zijn in Nederland. Zij volgen de Z-route en hebben extra hulp nodig. Zij moeten 800 uur meedoen aan activiteiten in het Nederlands. Jij helpt hen daarbij. Je werkt samen met een andere sleutelpersoon, jouw directe collega. Samen met een senior sleutelpersoon maken jullie een programma van 16 uur per week. Je werkt met een groep van maximaal 16 deelnemers. Jij bedenkt samen met jouw collega activiteiten, begeleidt de groep en zorgt voor een fijne en veilige sfeer. Wat doe je in een week? - Je organiseert activiteiten, zoals een taalcafé of een uitstapje. - Je helpt deelnemers met taal, cultuur en meedoen in Nederland. - Je hebt contact met het team inburgering en vertelt hoe het gaat met de deelnemers. - Je maakt een planning en spreekt af met deelnemers en collega's. - Je houdt bij wie aanwezig is.
