Werk in een informeel familiebedrijf met vaste collega's, vrije feestdagen en een salaris van €2.750 tot €3.300 bruto p/m + €50 extra. Functieomschrijving Als sloper ga je samen met je team aan de slag op verschillende locaties, zoals bouwplaatsen en projecten bij wooncorporaties. Je start de dag op de zaak met een kop koffie en bespreekt met 3 tot 5 collega's de planning, waarna je vertrekt naar de klus van die dag. In je werk als sloper ben je vooral bezig met het uitvoeren van sloopwerkzaamheden op locatie. Je verwijdert materialen en onderdelen die weg moeten, helpt mee met het veilig en netjes houden van de werkplek en zorgt dat alles goed wordt opgeruimd. Je ondersteunt collega's waar nodig, houdt het tempo erin en werkt zorgvuldig, zodat de klus soepel doorloopt. Meestal heb je één klus per dag, waardoor je lekker kunt doorwerken en aan het einde van de dag direct ziet wat jullie samen hebben afgerond. Je hebt per dag in totaal een uur pauze en die pauze wordt niet doorbetaald. Zelfstandig werken kan zodra je de werkzaamheden goed onder de knie hebt, meestal binnen één tot twee jaar, afhankelijk van hoe snel je het oppakt. We vinden het belangrijk dat je kunt groeien, daarom kun je als sloper opleidingen volgen zoals VCA en DAV (asbestsanering) en die betalen wij volledig voor je. Daarnaast is er zelfs de mogelijkheid om je rijbewijs via ons te halen, ook op onze kosten, zodat je je werk als sloper nog makkelijker kunt uitvoeren. Op de langere termijn kun je doorgroeien naar functies zoals voorman, projectleider of werkvoorbereider, waarbij het groeipad gemiddeld rond de vijf jaar ligt.
