Als Smaakchef bij Hai zorg je voor meer dan alleen een lekkere maaltijd. Op deze locatie van Amarant werk je met mensen met niet-aangeboren hersenletsel (NAH) en maak je van ieder eetmoment een fijn en vertrouwd moment van de dag. Je kookt verse maaltijden in de woonomgeving van de bewoners, houdt rekening met hun wensen en betrekt hen waar mogelijk bij het koken. Zo draag je iedere dag bij aan een huiselijke sfeer, gezelligheid en het welzijn van de bewoners. Over de locatie: Op deze locatie van Amarant wonen mensen met niet-aangeboren hersenletsel (NAH). Zij krijgen ondersteuning bij het dagelijks leven, waarbij structuur, zelfstandigheid en persoonlijke aandacht belangrijk zijn. Als Smaakchef ben jij een vertrouwd gezicht binnen de locatie. Je zorgt niet alleen voor een verse maaltijd, maar ook voor een gezellig moment waar bewoners naar uitkijken. Wat ga je doen? - Je bereidt verse maaltijden die aansluiten bij de wensen van de bewoners; - Je betrekt bewoners waar mogelijk bij het koken en kiezen van gerechten; - Je zorgt voor een gezellige en gastvrije sfeer rondom de maaltijd; - Je denkt mee over menu's en voedingswensen; - Je houdt de keuken schoon, veilig en georganiseerd; - Je bent aanwezig van 14.00 tot 18.00 uur.
