The posting

  • Als Test Coordinator maak je deel uit van één van de 10 Agile (Scrum) development teams. Het team omvat 10 medewerkers en is multidisciplinair samengesteld.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren en opvolgen van testactiviteiten om kwalitatief hoogwaardige software te leveren die voldoet aan de vereisten en verwachtingen van de business. Je werkt binnen een agile ontwikkelteam en stemt de testplannen af met testers, ontwikkelaars, analisten en de business.
  • Je maakt gebruik van je inzicht in de technische omgeving en de functionele behoeften om een doeltreffende testaanpak te definiëren voor de verschillende ontwikkelingen. Je staat in voor het opstellen van acceptatiecriteria, het ontwikkelen van testcases en het onderhouden van de regressietestscenario's. Tevens neem je ook een deel van het testuitvoerend werk op.
  • Als Test Coordinator stem je regelmatig af met stakeholders buiten het agile team voor wat betreft end-to-end test activiteiten en acceptatietesten door de business. Je neemt initiatief om repetitieve testen te automatiseren.
  • Tevens rapporteer je transparant over de voortgang van de testactiviteiten en de kwaliteit van de ontwikkelingen.
  • Tot slot geef dagelijks sturing aan één of twee overige testers binnen het team.
  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma of een gelijkwaardige expertise. Je weet eveneens een gedegen relevante ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie aan te tonen.
  • Je hebt ervaring in het werken in een Agile team, volgens Scrum methodologie.
  • Je hebt een grondige kennis van testmethodologieën (ISTQB certification).
  • Je hebt een ruime ervaring in API-testing (SOAP/Rest) waarbij je vlot omgaat met XML- of JSON-bestanden.
  • Je hebt een gedegen SQL-expertise, vooral in het opstellen en optimaliseren van complexe queries.
  • Ervaring met Microsoft Azure DevOps, ReadyAPI/SoapUI en Playwright is een belangrijke troef.
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve en coachende vaardigheden. Je weet eveneens te coördineren.
  • Naast georganiseerd en gestructureerd, ben je een echte teamspeler met een sterk analytisch vermogen. Je neemt een constructief kritische houding aan tegenover specificaties of deliverables, met als doel de meest relevante testdekking te verzekeren in functie van het project.
  • Tot slot heb je een actieve kennis van het Frans.
