Ben jij een handige Smartbox Medewerker met een passie voor auto’s? Zoek je een functie in Brasschaat waar je elke dag kunt bijdragen aan het herstel van voertuigen? Dan hebben wij de perfecte kans voor jou!

Wij zijn op zoek naar een praktische en gedreven collega die niet bang is om de handen uit de mouwen te steken. In jouw rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het herstellen van kleine tot middelgrote autoschades op een snelle, nette en professionele manier, gebruikmakend van onze innovatieve Smartbox.

  • Heb je ervaring met techniek en autoherstel?
  • Werk je graag zelfstandig, maar voel je je ook prettig in een team?
  • Ben je leergierig en sta je open voor nieuwe technieken en gereedschappen?

Wat ga je doen?

  • Kleine schades aan auto’s herstellen, zoals krassen, deukjes en bumperschade.
  • (De)monteren van onderdelen wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Voorbewerken en netjes afwerken van plaatwerk.
  • Werken in een moderne werkplek met alles bij de hand.
  • Zorg dragen dat elke auto er weer top uitziet.
  • Zelfstandig werken, maar ook samenwerken met je team.

Wat moet je kunnen (of willen leren)?

  • Handig zijn met gereedschap en techniek.
  • Oog voor detail – jij streeft naar net en strak werk.
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken met een proactieve houding.
  • Bereidheid om te leren omgaan met moderne apparatuur (wij ondersteunen je daarbij).
  • Werken volgens een vaste werkwijze (zoals de One Day Repair methode).

Wat neem je mee?

  • Ervaring met sleutelen of (auto)techniek is een pré.
  • Een positieve instelling en de drive om aan te pakken.
  • De liefde voor het werken met je handen en reparaties uitvoeren.
  • De ambitie om door te groeien of je te specialiseren in een bepaald vakgebied.
