Nauwkeurig, technisch ingesteld en liever geconcentreerd bezig dan voortdurend van hot naar her? Als SMT operator stel je geautomatiseerde productiemachines in voor de assemblage van elektronische componenten. Je werkt onder andere met een pick & place automaat, zeefdrukautomaat en reflow oven.

Wat ga je doen?

Je werkt binnen een technische productieomgeving waar kleine elektronische componenten automatisch op printplaten worden geplaatst. Jij zorgt voor de voorbereiding, instelling en opvolging van dat proces.

• Je bereidt de pick & place automaat voor

• Je stelt feeders correct in

• Je teacht componenten zodat de machine weet wat waar geplaatst moet worden

• Je vult componenten aan wanneer tijdens een productierun tekorten ontstaan

• Je programmeert en stelt de zeefdrukautomaat in

• Je stelt de bestukkingsautomaat in en bedient deze tijdens de productie

• Je bedient de reflow oven

• Je volgt het productieproces nauwkeurig op

• Je merkt technische of logistieke problemen op en meldt deze tijdig

• Je denkt samen met collega's mee over praktische problemen op de werkvloer

Dit is fijn en precies productiewerk. Langdurig geconcentreerd werken hoort er echt bij. De werkomgeving is bewust rustig, zodat je je aandacht bij het proces en de kwaliteit kunt houden.
