FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Onze firma regio Tielt gaat op zoek naar een snijoperator.

Men geeft een tweede leven aan afval van beddengoed. Ze zijn gedreven door een passie voor duurzaamheid, men recycleert latexschuim, polyurethaanschuim en rubber tot waardevolle, hoogwaardige producten die worden gebruikt in een brede waaier van markten over de hele wereld. Van matraskernen voor dieren over geluidsisolatieschuim, trillingsdempende oplossingen voor transport en machines tot oppervlakken voor sportvelden.

TAKEN:

  • Snijden van matraskernen of componenten uit geproduceerde polyurethaanblokken door middel van het instellen van de juiste snijprogramma's
  • Afnemen en verpakken van de matrassen op pallets
  • Machine zelfstandig opstarten, en bijsturen (sneller/trager en/of dikker/dunner versnijden). Machine eveneens zelfstandig kunnen herstellen bij storingen
  • Kennis van het ERP-programma om op zelfstandige basis geproduceerde goederen te kunnen afmelden in het systeem, op een correcte manier labellen, voorraadwijzigingen aan te brengen en interne pickings op te maken
