DEINE AUFGABEN

Deine Mission: Als SOC Consultant ist deine Mission, das Sicherheitsniveau der Kunden durch gezielte Empfehlungen zu erhöhen. Du agierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen den SOC Analysten und den Kunden, um diese basierend auf den Erkenntnissen des SOCs optimal zu beraten und zu unterstützen.

AUFGABEN:

+ Du bist die zentrale Anlaufstelle für alle Anliegen rund um den SOC-Service und sorgst dafür, dass Kunden sich stets gut betreut fühlen

+ Du übernimmst die Koordinationrolle beim Kunden und sorgst dafür, dass Aufgaben und Themen effizient nachverfolgt und abgeschlossen werden

+ Du analysierst Schwachstelleninformationen und gibst präzise Handlungsempfehlungen an die Kunden weiter, um deren Sicherheitsniveau zu erhöhen

+ Du führst und moderierst regelmäßige Sicherheitsmeetings, um Kunden stets auf dem neuesten Stand zu halten

+ Du erstellst themenspezifische Präsentationen, Monatsprotokolle und Reports, die Kunden einen klaren Überblick über ihre Sicherheitslage geben

+ Gemeinsam mit SOAR-Spezialisten entwickelst du innovative Automatisierungen, die die Effizienz und Effektivität der Consultingprozesse steigern

+ Du bist an der aktiven Weiterentwicklung des ACP SOC-Service beteiligt

DEIN PROFIL

+ Abgeschlossene IT-Sicherheitsausbildung oder vergleichbare Weiterbildung

+ Erfahrung in einem SOC-Team oder vergleichbaren Umfeld von Vorteil

+ Gute technische Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Netzwerktechnik, Betriebssysteme, Servertechnologien und Cloud Lösungen

+ Allgemeine Kenntnisse von Sicherheitstechnologien, -produkten und -herstellern

+ Grundlegendes Wissen und Verständnis des Mitre Att&ck Frameworks

+ Grundkenntnisse von internationalen Sicherheitsnormen und deren Anforderungen (ISO 27001, Cobit) sowie Kenntnisse im Service Management, ITIL und Methoden des Projektmanagements

+ Lösungsorientierter, analytischer und methodischer Arbeitsstil

+ Gutes Auftreten, hohes Verantwortungs- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein

UNSER ANGEBOT

Es erwartet dich eine verantwortungsvolle Tätigkeit mit Zukunftsperspektiven. Das gebotene jährliche Bruttogehalt liegt bei (mind.) € 56.000 - eine Überzahlung ist je nach relevanter Arbeitserfahrung und Qualifikation möglich.
