Ben jij tegelijkertijd duidelijk, daadkrachtig en financieel goed onderlegd? Dan is een interim-opdracht als Medewerker Huurincasso wellicht iets voor jou. Binnen deze functie combineer je financieel inzicht met een sociaal karakter. Je houdt huurbetalingen en achterstanden in de gaten, maar kijkt vooral naar het verhaal achter de cijfers. Door op tijd contact te zoeken en goed te luisteren, kun je vaak voorkomen dat een betalingsachterstand verder oploopt. Jouw rol Als Medewerker Huurincasso ben je verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden van huurders met een betalingsachterstand. Je wacht daarbij niet af, maar zoekt actief contact en probeert samen met de huurder te begrijpen wat er aan de hand is. Misschien is iemand zijn baan kwijtgeraakt, zijn de inkomsten veranderd of spelen er andere omstandigheden waardoor de huur tijdelijk niet betaald kan worden. Jij stelt de juiste vragen, luistert zonder direct te oordelen en brengt samen met de huurder de situatie in kaart. Vervolgens kijk je wat er nodig is. Soms is een duidelijke betalingsafspraak voldoende. In andere gevallen is aanvullende ondersteuning nodig en werk je samen met bijvoorbeeld schuldhulpverlening, de gemeente of collega's binnen de woningcorporatie. Je bent dus zowel gesprekspartner als regisseur. Je weet wanneer je ruimte moet geven, maar bent ook duidelijk over verantwoordelijkheden en gemaakte afspraken.
