Voor een functie als pedagogisch medewerker BSO in de regio Utrecht zoeken wij een betrokken en creatieve professional. Je kunt aan de slag op basis van flexcontract, oproepbasis, detachering of losse diensten en bereikbaarheidsdiensten. Het gaat om 0 tot 24 uur per week. Via TMI werk je op een plek waar je kinderen iedere dag iets extra s kunt bieden. Interesse? Neem gerust contact met ons op. Wat ga je doen? Als pedagogisch medewerker op de BSO begeleid je kinderen van vier tot twaalf jaar na schooltijd. Je zorgt voor een veilige, vertrouwde en stimulerende omgeving waarin kinderen zich kunnen ontspannen én ontwikkelen. Je organiseert afwisselende activiteiten die aansluiten bij hun interesses en talenten, zoals sport, spel, creativiteit, natuurbeleving, koken, bouwen en buitenactiviteiten. Daarnaast observeer je hoe kinderen zich ontwikkelen en bied je ondersteuning waar nodig. Je stimuleert zelfstandigheid, samenwerking en zelfvertrouwen. Met jouw inzet draag je bij aan een positieve opvangomgeving waarin ieder kind zich gezien, gehoord en gewaardeerd voelt. Waar ga je werken? Je komt te werken op een BSO in de regio Utrecht, waar kinderen na schooltijd terechtkunnen voor ontspanning, uitdaging en plezier. De sfeer is afwisselend, actief en gericht op ontwikkeling. Je werkt in een omgeving waarin samenwerking, initiatief en betrokkenheid belangrijk zijn. Samen met collega s zorg je voor een fijne plek waar kinderen kunnen ontdekken, bewegen en groeien.
