Sociaal psychiatrisch verpleegkundige - PEA-team - Regio Heerhugowaard Heb je als SPV affiniteit met persoonlijkheidsproblematiek? Werk je graag op methodische wijze samen met je cliënt, zijn netwerk en het behandelteam? Voor onze PEA-afdeling doelgroep jongvolwassenen (locatie Heerhugowaard) zijn wij op zoek naar een sociaal psychiatrisch verpleegkundige voor 24 tot 36 uur per week. Wil jij jouw kennis en ervaring inzetten en ben je op zoek naar een plek om jezelf nóg verder te ontwikkelen? Je gaat werken in het regioteam Noord-Kennemerland, welke gespecialiseerd is in het verlenen van behandeling van persoonlijkheidsproblematiek, eetstoornissen en ADHD (PEA). De vacature betreft de doelgroep voor jongvolwassenen met persoonlijkheidsstoornissen (15-25 jaar). Een belangrijk deel van de behandeling vindt in groepen plaats. Het team is multidisciplinair en bestaat o.a. uit een psychiater, klinisch psycholoog, GZ-psycholoog, , sociaalpsychiatrisch verpleegkundigen en vak therapeuten. Het jongvolwassenen team is een gedreven team met gevoel voor humor. Er heerst een mentaliteit van collegialiteit en samenwerken. De teamleden maken gebruik van elkaars expertise en zetten zich in voor de beste zorg. Als SPV'er behandel je cliënten met een persoonlijkheidsstoornis of vermoeden daarvan. Bij dit team zien we veel comorbiditeit met bijvoorbeeld voor trauma, autisme en/of ADHD. Je biedt individuele behandeling, in de rol van coördinerend behandelaar en coördinerend regiebehandelaar. In deze individuele behandelcontacten werk je samen met de cliënt aan bijvoorbeeld het opstellen van een probleemanalyse of signaleringsplan, geef je psycho-educatie of bied je crisiszorg in overleg met achterwacht of regiebehandelaar. Het verzorgen van de administratieve kant van het behandelproces, denk aan behandelplannen opstellen en het schrijven van voortgangs...
