Nijmegen 28-32 uur 4.544,- tot 5.901,- 14 december 2026 Jouw impact Als sociaal psychiatrisch Verpleegkundige bij Pro Persona behandel je cliënten die te maken hebben met complexe psychische en sociale problemen. Jij kijkt verder dan alleen de diagnose: de omgeving, thuissituatie en het netwerk van je cliënten spelen een cruciale rol in hun herstel en jouw aanpak is dan ook altijd maatwerk. Naast het werken in het team draai je mee in de crisisdienst. De frequentie van de diensten en het inwerkprogramma stemmen we in overleg met jou af. Uiteraard ontvang je de bijbehorende toeslagen en compensatie. Onze collega's vertellen je graag over hun werk: "Als SPV heb ik een centrale rol in het team en in de behandeling van patiënten. Ik heb veel contact met patiënten en kijk samen met hen wat nodig is. Dit koppel ik terug aan het team en zet samen met hen de lijnen uit. Daarnaast heb ik veel contact met de familie en het sociale netwerk van de patiënt. We werken ook samen met het wijkteam en ambulante begeleiders om de juiste zorg te regelen."
