Waar werkplezier, uitdaging, complexe psychiatrie en groeimogelijkheden belangrijk zijn, dan gaan we graag met jou in gesprek. Takenpakket Je draait mee in de dienstenstructuur van de regio. De crisisfunctie is 7 x 24 uur bezet. Buiten kantoortijd vorm je samen met een arts en een psychiater het crisisinterventieteam. Samen met een arts beoordeel je de situatie en de patiënt en neem je beslissingen, zodat de situatie onder controle komt; je de-escaleert en behandelt de patiënt. Daarnaast beoordeel je psychiatrische toestandsbeelden en suïcidaliteit, bijvoorbeeld na verwijzing van een huisarts of de HAP en de politie. Dit alles voor een zeer diverse populatie, alle leeftijdsgroepen, psychiatrische aandoeningen, combinaties hierin vaker in omstandigheden met verschillende belangen. Kortom, een gevarieerde dynamische functie met een veelvoud aan problematiek en behandelmethoden. Afdeling Je komt als ambulant verpleegkundige te werken bij Pro Persona de Riethorst in Ede, een kleinschalige locatie waar iedereen elkaar kent en de lijnen kort zijn. Ons team van ongeveer 17 fte is nuchter, betrokken en multidisciplinair. Samen ontwikkelen we IHT verder en zetten we ons in om zorg zoveel mogelijk ambulant te houden. Vanuit de Duurzame Crisisdienst zijn de crisisdiensten van Ede en Arnhem samengevoegd tot Crisisdienst Midden. Hierdoor lever je samen met een multidisciplinair team crisiszorg aan cliënten in de gehele regio. Met deze regionale aanpak zorgen we voor stabiele en toekomstbestendige acute ggz-zorg.
