Ben jij die enthousiaste sociaal psychiatrisch verpleegkundige die ons team komt versterken? Als SPV bij GGMD combineer je jouw expertise in de GGZ met iets extra's: aandacht voor mensen die doof zijn of een gehoorbeperking hebben. Geen standaard GGZ-werk dus, maar juist veelzijdig, creatief en soms buiten de gebaande paden. Waar ga je werken? GGMD staat voor een persoonlijke aanpak voor een bijzondere doelgroep. Wij bieden gespecialiseerde zorg en ondersteuning aan doven en slechthorenden en geloven in de kracht van een multidisciplinaire benadering. Naast behandeling en begeleiding bieden we ook trainingen, waaronder communicatietrainingen, die families helpen beter met elkaar en hun omgeving te communiceren. Als SPV is jouw standplaats het kantoor in Zoetermeer, maar bedienen echter de hele regio (inclusief Zeeland). Hier werk je in een hecht team samen, maar je bent vaak solistisch op pad. Soms ook in de avonduren. Wat ga je doen? In Zoetermeer zoeken we een SPV die stevig in de schoenen staat, goed kan schakelen en plezier heeft in afwisseling. Je werkt met cliënten met psychiatrische en psychosociale problematiek in combinatie met uitdagingen rondom gehoorverlies of communicatie. Je werkzaamheden zijn onder andere: Intakes en diagnostiek (mede) op het gebied van psychiatrische problematiek en behandeling en begeleiding volgens het (deel) behandelplan. Je werkt samen in een multidisciplinair team waarbij jij jouw expertise vertegenwoordigd. Vanzelfsprekend onderhoudt je contact met verwijzers en netwerk-/ketenpartners en draagt zorg voor eventuele overbruggings- en nazorg.
