Voor ons nieuwe team FACT + Ambulant ZVL zijn wij op zoek naar een bevlogen Sociaal Psychiatrisch Verpleegkundige (SPV). Binnen Team FACT + Ambulant ZVL bieden we zowel FACT-zorg als ambulante begeleiding. Jouw werkplek en werkzaamheden Zeeuwse Gronden biedt geïntegreerde zorg aan mensen met een ernstige psychiatrische aandoening. Vanuit een samenhangend aanbod van wonen, behandeling en dagbesteding werken we iedere dag aan een omgeving waarin cliënten zich gezien, gehoord en gewaardeerd voelen. Als SPV binnen Zeeuwse Gronden werk je als coördinerend regiebehandelaar en ben je onderdeel van een multidisciplinair team dat volgens de FACT-methodiek werkt. Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving: op kantoor, ons behandelcentrum, bij cliënten thuis of op één van onze woonlocaties.
