Dan is Reinier van Arkel op zoek naar jou! Binnen welk team kom je te werken? FACT staat voor Flexible Assertive Community Treatment. Waarin jij naar de cliënt toe gaat, in zijn eigen vertrouwde omgeving, bied je samen met jouw team, de behandeling die nodig is. Samen werken aan herstel. Het team is gehuisvest in Den Bosch en bestaat uit 14 collega's, van psychiater, verpleegkundig specialist, psychologen, tot verpleegkundigen, agogen en leerlingen. Wat ga je doen? De Sociaal Psychiatrisch Verpleegkundige (SPV) coördineert, diagnosticeert, behandelt en begeleidt de cliënt en zijn/haar netwerk vanuit een multidisciplinair team en een ambulante setting. Hierbij maak je als SPV gebruik van verschillende therapeutische deeltechnieken zoals cognitieve gedragstherapie, systeemtherapie, motiverende gespreksvoering en probleemoplossende gesprekstechnieken gericht op crisisinterventie, stabilisering en terugvalpreventie. Je verricht je intakes en indicatiestellingen met een regiebehandelaar en vervult eventueel ook de voorwacht crisisdienst binnen kantoortijden. Ook kan als co-therapeut worden deelgenomen aan groepen (dagbehandeling en ambulant). Je werkt nauw samen met de psychiater/KP en de GZ-psycholoog. Wat breng je met je mee?
