Wat bieden wij jou - Contract voor 24-32 uur per week, met intentie tot vast dienstverband - Salaris conform FWG 55, € 4.000,- tot € 5.294,- bruto per maand (o.b.v. 36 uur p/wk) - 8,33% vakantietoeslag én 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering - Pensioen bij PFZW (50% bijdrage door GGNet) - Balansregeling voor extra vrije tijd, opleidingen of uitbetaling Dit is je team Je gaat werken bij Bas. We staan voor monodisciplinair en kortdurend werken. Bij ons staat laagdrempelige en toegankelijke zorg centraal, dicht bij huis en zonder onnodige wachttijd. We gaan uit van de veerkracht van mensen, de kracht van hun omgeving en de overtuiging dat herstel mogelijk is met de juiste, kortdurende behandeling. Binnen Bas werk je in sterke teams, waarbij de leden persoonlijk leiderschap laten zien. Dat betekent dat je samen met je collega's verantwoordelijkheid draagt voor de inhoud en organisatie van je werk. Daarnaast is er ruimte om een deel van je werktijd online te werken, zodat je flexibel kunt inspelen op wat nodig is in je werk én je eigen balans. We maken gebruik van het platform Minddistrict Wat ga je doen? Als SPV in de basis GGZ ben jij een belangrijke schakel in het behandelproces. Samen met de regiebehandelaar (een verpleegkundig specialist of GZ-psycholoog) zet je de cliënt in de regie en stel je samen het behandelplan op, vaak volgens het KOP-model. Jij begeleidt cliënten bij het behalen van hun persoonlijke doelen en kijkt verder dan de klachten: jij richt je op écht herstel. Je voert zowel intakegesprekken als behandelingen en maakt gebruik van verschill...
