Voor onze ouderenpsychiatrie in regio West en Stad (standplaats Leidsche Rijn) zoeken we een sociaal psychiatrisch verpleegkundig e die zich met energie en betrokkenheid inzet voor onze patiënten. Wat ga je doen? Als Sociaal Psychiatrisch Verpleegkundige (SPV) bij Altrecht ouderenpsychiatrie maak je deel uit van een multidisciplinair team. Samen met je collega's draag je bij aan het bieden van herstelgerichte zorg. Jij biedt behandeling aan de patiënt, coördineert de zorg en werkt nauw samen met behandelaren, naasten en netwerkpartners. In deze afwisselende functie houd je je bezig met verschillende onderdelen van het behandelproces. Intakes en het optreden en samenwerken in crisissituaties zijn hier voorbeelden van. Daarbij kijk en luister je naar het hele verhaal van de patiënt. In ons team waarderen we jouw kennis, ideeën en inzet, samen zorgen we voor de best mogelijke zorg. Naast je werk bij de ouderenpsychiatrie draai je enkele keren per maand mee in de 24-uurs bereikbaarheids- en aanwezigheidsdiensten van Altrecht. Samen de schouders eronder zetten en elkaar helpen waar nodig: dát is de kracht van onze collegiale en betrokken werkomgeving. Wat hebben we jou te bieden?
