Je zoekt samen naar oplossingen voor sociale, praktische en financiële uitdagingen en zorgt ervoor dat patiënten de ondersteuning krijgen waarop ze recht hebben.

Dankzij jouw expertise, mensgerichte aanpak en nauwe samenwerking met het multidisciplinair team help je mee bouwen aan een zorgomgeving waarin elke patiënt zich gehoord, ondersteund en begrepen voelt.

· Je bent bachelor verpleegkundige (sociaal verpleegkundige) of rondde de opleiding bachelor sociaal werk (maatschappelijk werk) succesvol af.

· Je hebt affiniteit met de zorg voor patiënten binnen de inwendige geneeskunde en bent geboeid door domeinen zoals pneumologie, gastro-enterologie, neurologie en oncologie.

· Je bent een warme, betrokken persoonlijkheid die patiënten en hun omgeving op hun gemak stelt.

· Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, denkt mee in oplossingen en houdt ook in drukke momenten het hoofd koel.

· Je bent flexibel, leergierig en wil mee het verschil maken voor patiënten en hun naasten.
