Je werkt dagelijks tussen de bewoners en bent voor hen een herkenbaar en toegankelijk aanspreekpunt. Je ondersteunt bewoners bij praktische en sociale vragen, stimuleert zelfstandigheid en draagt samen met je collega's bij aan een veilige, rustige en prettige woonomgeving. Wat wij jou bieden: - Salaris van € 3.326 - € 3.411 op basis van 36 uur en voorwaarden conform de CAO Sociaal Werk. - Eindejaarsuitkering (8,33%). - 170 vakantie-uren (21,25 dagen) per jaar bij een fulltime dienstverband van 36 uur, conform de CAO Sociaal Werk. - 7 maanden contract, bij goed functioneren wordt deze verlengd en daarna de mogelijkheid tot een vast contract. - Diverse trainingen, denk aan veiligheidstraining en BHV, intervisie en groeimogelijkheden intern. - Een afwisselende functie waarin je direct werkt met bewoners en zichtbaar verschil kunt maken in hun dagelijkse verblijf in Nederland. Wat ga je bij ons doen: Als Sociaal Werker binnen onze Oekraïense opvang in Ouder-Amstel werk je midden op de locatie. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig en hebt dagelijks contact met bewoners. Het sociaal beheer draait bij ons niet om alles voor bewoners oplossen. We helpen mensen juist om zoveel mogelijk zelfstandig hun leven in Nederland vorm te geven. Je legt uit hoe zaken werken, denkt mee wanneer iemand vastloopt en helpt bewoners om zelf de juiste stappen te zetten. Je ondersteunt bewoners bij uiteenlopende vragen. Denk aan contact met instanties, werk, onderwijs, zorg, gemeentelijke zaken, admini...
