Sociaal werker (HBO) - Community builder Wonen met een Plus Voor 24 tot 28 uur per week | In eerste instantie voor de duur van een jaar Wonen met een Plus Zorg, welzijn en woningcorporaties slaan de handen ineen om ervoor te zorgen dat senioren zo lang mogelijk zelfstandig kunnen blijven wonen in hun vertrouwde omgeving. Wonen met een Plus maakt van een woongebouw een zorgzame woongemeenschap: een plek waar bewoners zelfstandig wonen en hun privacy behouden, maar tegelijkertijd kunnen rekenen op een laagdrempelig sociaal vangnet. Hier worden activiteiten niet vóór, maar dóór bewoners georganiseerd. Dat vraagt om een andere rol. Geen activiteitenbegeleider die alles regelt, maar iemand die bewoners stimuleert om zelf initiatief te nemen, elkaar te versterken en samen iets op te bouwen. Hoe dat eruitziet in de praktijk en met welke partners we dit doen? Om dat sociaal vangnet samen met bewoners vorm te geven, zoeken we iemand die verbinding legt, kansen ziet en initiatieven helpt groeien. En daar kom jij in beeld. Jouw rol als community builder Als sociaal werker ben jij de verbindende schakel binnen de woongemeenschap. Je brengt bewoners met elkaar in contact, ziet kansen en helpt initiatieven op gang. Met jouw organisatietalent en creativiteit geef je ideeën van bewoners een zetje in de goede richting. Tegelijkertijd weet je wanneer je een stap terug moet doen. Door af en toe op je handen te zitten, zorg je ervoor dat het eigenaarschap zoveel mogelijk bij de bewoners zelf blijft liggen. Maar maak je geen zorgen, er is meer dan genoeg te doen. Je gaat actief op zoek naar sleutelfiguren, verbindt bewoners en organisaties en ondersteunt waar nodig bij het vormgeven van nieuwe initiatieven. Je richt je daarbij niet alleen op het gebouw, maar ook op de wijk eromheen. Juist in de samenwerking ligt veel potentie.
