Je werkt in verschillende contexten en bouwt brede ervaring op, terwijl je blijft groeien in jouw rol als maatschappelijk werker.

Wat ga je doen? • Je begeleidt cliënten rond sociale en zorggerelateerde vragen

• Je informeert over rechten, tegemoetkomingen en ondersteuningsmogelijkheden

• Je analyseert situaties en zoekt samen met cliënten naar gepaste oplossingen

• Je werkt samen met interne diensten en externe partners binnen de zorgsector

• Je bouwt een netwerk uit en verwijst door waar nodig

• Je volgt dossiers op en zorgt voor een correcte verslaggeving

• Je draagt bij aan een toegankelijke en kwalitatieve dienstverlening

Wie ben jij?

• Je hebt een diploma sociaal werk en draagt de beschermde titel van maatschappelijk werker

• Je hebt ervaring binnen een mutualiteit, gezondheidsinstelling of sociale dienst

• Je hebt interesse in sociale zekerheid en gezondheidszorg

• Je werkt empathisch en klantgericht

• Je communiceert helder en kan vertrouwen opbouwen

• Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid

• Je bent flexibel en bereid om je te verplaatsen (± 1 uur reistijd)
